I Won at Artsy VaVa!

I'm one of those people who feels like they never win anything. But that changed since I won this Shabby Apple dress from a give away over at Artsy VaVa

If you have not checked out her blog, you really must -- she's quite a creative lady and you will love her ideas! Check out this little vanity she just made over -- how cute is THAT??

I’m the kind of person who “just can’t leave well enough alone”! I love to find cast offs to repurpose or renew. I get a
thrill when I look at something and see another ‘purpose’ for it -- a new life. I’m excited when a project is complete and even more excited when I can recreate a piece for as little as possible.

In the same way, I know that I have been "repurposed and renewed" by my Savior, Jesus Christ. The name of my blog comes from one of my favorite passages in the Bible, Psalm 139 which tells us that we are each ‘wonderfully made’. Christ offers a new purpose for each of us – a new life. The cost was high for Him – his very life. The cost for us (this is the best part!) is free.

I’m blessed with a family who cheers me on in my efforts, especially my wonderful husband of 39 years. My hope is you
will find inspiration here to be wonderfully made and create wonderful masterpieces of your own.
